What is Product Marketing?
It’s still the question us PMMs get asked more than any other. I’m not sure any other function in tech has to define itself quite so often.
I’m going to take a fresh stab at answering it. A 2025 version for an ever-changing discipline. But I need your help.
Product Marketing looks a little different in every company, and in every country. It feels like the craft is evolving at different speeds in different parts of the world and I’d like to capture that nuance.
